Lisa Thompson-Goertz, OTR/L, CSRS, CNS
Founding partner of Habit Project, Lisa graduated from the University of Florida in 2014. Lisa is certified by the National Board for Occupational Therapy and is licensed by the Florida Department of Health. In 2017, she became a Certified Stroke Rehab Specialist (CSRS), endorsed by the American Stroke Association, and in 2020, obtained her Certified Neuro Specialist (CNS) credentials, endorsed but the International Association of Neurology and the World Federation of Neuroscience. She also obtained her certification from the Lee Silverman Voice Treatment BIG (LSVT BIG!) in 2019.

Marj Bugauisan, DPT, CCVR
Marj Bugauisan is a Doctor of Physical Therapy and co-founder of Habit Project. Marj has worked as a Physical Therapist in the hospital, outpatient, and sub-acute settings for almost 20 years. She graduated from the Southeast Asian College in the Philippines in 2002. She migrated to the United States in 2007 and obtained her Doctorate of Physical Therapy from Utica College in New York in 2010. She obtained her Certification of Competency in Vestibular Rehabilitation, Fall Prevention Specialist, certified Dementia Care Practitioner, and LSVT BIG!.

Stacy Ray Eubanks, OTR/L, CNS
One of the founding partners of Habit Project, Stacy, graduated from the University of St. Augustine for Health Science in 2017 with her Masters in Occupational Therapy and was licensed by the Florida Department of Health. In 2020, she became a Certified Neuro Specialist (CNS), endorsed by the International Association of Neurology and the World Federation of Neuroscience.
